I purchased this home some 20 years ago when the roof was ”pretty” but thru the years it was a match waiting for that big spark. In September I gave your office a call and on the first of October your crew arrived ”to do their thing.” Then about two weeks later the La Costa firestorm said hello. The house next door was burnt to the ground as well as 15 others on my street. So in my great hindsight, I’m convinced that reconditioning my roof, that saved my house. So is a simple “Job well done” enough.
